The path to your BengalCatJewels
At BengalCatJewels, trust, transparency, and responsibility are of utmost importance. Whether kittens, future pairings, or general inquiries, we personally accompany interested parties with the utmost care.
BengalCatJewels stands for extraordinary Bengal cats from international top lines. Therefore, we place great value on personal accompaniment of each inquiry and getting to know each future family personally.
We consider it important that our Bengals are placed in a suitable, loving, and lasting environment. Open communication, mutual trust, and transparency form the foundation of our entire process.
From the initial inquiry to further developments, we accompany interested parties personally and are always available for advice.
In a few steps to your inquiry or reservation
Please write us a message with some information about yourself, your household, and your experience with cats or Bengals. The more we know about you, the better we can assess which kitten is suitable for you.
As soon as kittens are born or a suitable pairing becomes concrete, we contact reserved interested parties. Of course, you are also welcome to reach out to us at any time.
Depending on the age of the kittens and the situation, we arrange a personal meeting or send you current photos and videos. It is important to us that a decision is not made hastily
An inquiry, a meeting, or ongoing exchange does not constitute a binding reservation. We reserve the right to choose the home for each kitten that we believe fits best.
For a binding reservation, 30% of the purchase price is due as a deposit.
Even after a reservation, it may very rarely happen that we have to withdraw from a placement, for example, if the development of the kitten, health aspects, or other important circumstances turn out differently than expected. In such cases, any deposit made will of course be fully refunded.
-
We do not place our kittens on a "first come, first served" basis, but rather based on fit.
What matters to us are particularly:
Our goal is a long-term good decision — for the kitten and for its new family.
-
Our kittens leave with a written purchase contract. This outlines the essential
agreements, responsibilities, and conditions transparently.
Upon departure, you will receive — depending on age and individual agreement — among other things:
-
Our kittens grow up closely connected to family life and are socialized with great
care. It is important to us that they move into their new home not only beautiful but also with stable characters,
people-oriented and well prepared.
During rearing, we regularly update future owners and
share — depending on the phase — photos, videos, and developments of the kitten.
Even after moving out, we are happy to remain available as contacts for our families.
-
Our kittens do not leave us thoughtlessly and not too early. Departure only occurs
when the kitten is physically and socially ready and all agreed-upon
conditions are met.
-
You have the option, of course, to pick up your kitten personally.
Many new owners want to experience this moment themselves and get to know their kitten directly
in our cattery.
However, from our experience, it is often calmer and less stressful for the young animal if we
handle the transport ourselves. The kitten remains in familiar company and does not have to deal with a longer, unfamiliar journey with new people
immediately after moving out.
Within Europe, we usually arrange transportation personally by car,
so the journey is as calm and controlled as possible. For longer distances outside
Europe, transport is done by plane, with the kitten being cared for by a companion
and all necessary health and travel documents being prepared.
Our goal is always to ensure that each kitten arrives safely, as stress-free as possible, and well cared for in its
new home. We discuss the specific organization individually with the
future owners.
-
With an initial inquiry, a reservation, or a visit, no
entitlement to a specific kitten arises.
We make every placement decision with care and in the interest of the respective animal.
